for barrel racing you need to teach your horse the patten so he can go fast to the first barrel and then you need to slow down so that when you go around the barrel you donk knock it over. when you knock a barrel over you get a 5 seconds added on to your time

you run out of the gates and you can go to the left or right barrel first, if you go to the left barrel first you will go aroung that first barrel from the left the second barrel from the right and the third barrel from the right and back down the center as fast as you can.
